Questions, answered.

How much does a sample cost?

Sample price, customization charges and shipping costs are quoted after configuration review. Any sample fee credit must be agreed in writing.

How long do samples and production take?

Timing depends on stock, artwork, changes and testing. We confirm the schedule after reviewing the project scope.

Can you develop a new design or exclusive model?

Submit your concept for feasibility review. Tooling, intellectual property, exclusivity and development responsibilities require a written agreement.

Which certifications can you provide?

Request documents for the exact model and target market. Coverage and current status must be checked before making compliance claims.
